About the company
I coach women (LGBTQ+ inclusive) who have the courage to question societal norms around drinking and decide their own way to live with - or without - alcohol. If you've been wrestling with the emotional wake of a lackluster life, asking, "Is this all there is?" — you don't have to settle for numbing those feelings with alcohol. You can embrace the adventure of life on your terms, and finally shed your need to “escape” from daily life. But what really drives me is making a difference in the lives of women who are newly sober, or curious about life without alcohol including those who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP's).As an HSP myself, working with me means redefining what it means to live alcohol-free and embracing who you are. You don't need to identify as an "alcoholic" or fit into any traditional box to seek a better, more vibrant life. Together, we unravel the social and emotional threads that have tied you to alcohol, so that you can take an honest look at the unseen costs of drinking—the subtle erosion of your true self. Then, we take a down-to-earth, compassionate and seriously FUN approach to help you unlock a life that is richer, more fulfilling, and endlessly more vibrant than one dulled by alcohol.Our team
