About the company
Alex has a deep understanding of holistic wellbeing specialising in physical and mental health as a qualified Mental Health First Aider. She is also a fully qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Massage Therapist. She draws on her training and experience in a range of disciplines to offer a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She is passionate about living life Mindfully and draws on her experience and training to run regular Mindfulness for Life courses and believes that living mindfully brings improved health and happiness as we learn to live in this moment, simply being.Gallery
