1.) I am a healthcare worker/first responder

2.) I have symptoms consistent with a COVID-19 infection

3.) I have been exposed or I have reason to believe I may have been exposed

4.) I live or work in close proximity with other people (e.g. workplace, school, homeless shelter, assisted living facility)

You MUST bring your health insurance and ID card with you.

This test utilizes the Accula Rapid PCR and you can generally expect results in under 2 hours.

This test has not been FDA cleared or approved but has been authorized for emergency use by the FDA for use by laboratories certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of 1988, 42 U.S.C. §263a, that meet requirements to perform high, moderate, or waived complexity tests. The test is authorized for use at the Point of Care (POC), i.e., in patient care settings operating under a CLIA Certificate of Waiver, Certificate of Compliance, or Certificate of Accreditation. This test has been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. The emergency use of this test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the declaration is terminated or authorization is revoked sooner. 

PCR testing is considered the “gold standard” in COVID-19 detection. This test can detect the virus within days of infection, even those who have no symptoms.

Results guaranteed by 8pm the following day

Rapid Antigen is best suited for individuals experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection. This test delivers quick results but is not as accurate as a PCR test.

*If used for travel, it is your responsibility to ensure this test meets your destination's requirements. We use either the Indicaid or CareStart Rapid Antigen test with Anterior Nasal swab.

Expect emailed results by 8pm the day of specimen collection. This test MUST be scheduled before 11:30am. Not available on Sunday.

This test utilizes the LifeSign Status Flu A&B. This a rapid qualitative test that detects Influenza Type A, Type B antigens directly from an anterior nasal swab. 

For Strep:

This test utilizes the LifeSign Status Strep A Test. This is a rapid immunochromatographic assay for the detection of group A streptococcal antigen directly from throat swab specimens. You can expect emailed results within 30 minutes.

This test utilizes the LifeSign Status COVID-19/Flu A&B. This a rapid qualitative test that detects COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and Influenza Type A, Type B antigens directly from an anterior nasal swab. 

For Strep:
