Method of soft tissue manipulation developed by DR Ida Rolf to release connected tissues tension or scar tissues to enable body structure balance again with gravity. 10 Basic Rolfing sessions is design to gain a comprehensive alignment of body structure to achieve better posture and effective functional movements.
