Hi there!I'm Sara, your friendly "flextician" ready to help you with all your flexibility needs and goals.I am a dancer (contemporary, jazz, hip hop, ballet) and a dance teacher at Evolve The Dance Collective in Cape Town, South Africa.My qualifications include: Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility, Acrobatic Dance Teachers Association, JS Creations Stretch Coaches Foundations and JS Creations Contortion Coaches Foundations.I customise programs to suit your individual goals and I'm here as your cheerleader throughout your flexibility journey!
