A Sanctuary for slowing down, reconnecting and returning home to yourself. Here at Soul with Stacey, we offer a range of Yoga Classes, Sound Bath's and Retreat Days located in Basingstoke and Hampshire. Our mission is to create safe, community based spaces where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body and inner wisdom.Through mindful movement, sound therapy, and somatic practices, our offerings invite you to soften patterns of stress and disconnection while cultivating resilience, self-trust, and deep presence.Each session is held with a compassionate, slow, and grounding approach, honouring your unique rhythms and needs. Classes and events are inclusive and open to all ages, genders, and experience levels, whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a deeper, more nourishing practice.Our team
