It is suitable for all ages. During the session, we will gently place two singing bowls on the body—one at the sacral chakra and another at the heart chakra—to help balance the body’s energy centers. The therapeutic vibrations massage the body from within through deep resonance.We use a set of 14 high-grade Himalayan singing bowls along with a Tingsha bell. These bowls produce a wide range of frequencies, from high to low pitch, creating a multi-layered soundscape that supports deep relaxation and inner harmony. For children under 10 and pregnant women, we do not place the bowls directly on the body.
