This is a pre-recorded session.The perfect way to start your day!Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar is the heart of any Vinyasa Yoga practice.A series of twelve postures, gracefully linked by breath become a moving meditation. The sequence is repeated and accompanied by our original music using Mantra (a repeated word or phrase) to guide you through.Beginning with some simple breathing practices and setting an intention for the day ahead. Finishing with gentle stretches and a short 2 minute Savasana (rest) before journeying into the day ahead.Guaranteed to feel smug all day! LevelSuitable for all levels. Not recommended for absolute beginners (please see foundation course).INFORMATION FOR ZOOM CLASSESFirst and most importantly please work within your own capabilities. It is the participants responsibility to stay safe.Please make sure you have any props you might need. Yoga blocks and straps can be improvised using cushions, large books, a tie or a scarf. A blanket is useful as a prop or to keep you warm during relaxation.Yogis will be automatically muted on entry to the class and music will be playing before the class begins. You can message me and each other using the chat bar at the bottom of your screen. You will be unmuted at the end of the class to chat, ask questions to say hello or goodbye!You can be visible or not by turning your camera off…your choice. If you can, I recommend joining the class 10 mins before it starts. GUIDELINES FOR SAFE PRACTICEPleased be assured that all measures have been taken to keep everyone safe.Please stay at home if you feel unwell or are displaying any C19 symptoms. Class numbers will be very limited to ensure all students are 2m apart.You will need to bring your own mat and any props you might require. Mats and props will not be provided.Please wear a mask before and after the class. Masks can be removed once you are settled on your mat.All belongs must be brought into the studio, so please keep it to a minimum and place them at the side of your mat.There will be a marker on the floor to indicate where to place your mat. Please keep a safe and respectful distance from other students, the teacher and any other hosts at all times.Thank you.

From this class, you will design a bracelet and be introduced to basic leather making tools. You will learn how to construct a bracelet and use techniques, such as saddle-stitching, sanding, and edge-painting. Feel free to bring your own hardware!

From this class, you will make a passport holder and be introduced to basic leather making tools. You will learn how to construct a passport holder and techniques such as saddle-stitching, cutting leathers, and edge-painting. Have fun personalizing your passport holder by engraving initials (upon request)!
