Markham ON. TIme: 8:30am - 3:30pmThe appointment will be 30 minutes long.Upon arrival please check in and fill out a medical history form for your child. Your child will then have an impression taken for a custom fit Kids Dental blue mouth guard.Pick up day will be announced at the MG clinic. At pick up day, it's alright if your child does not attend, the MG should fit tight on the teeth and not too tight on the gums, however if they need an adjustment to the MG, please feel free to contact us.Nossa equipe
