Care tips after a treatment:

• Avoid swimming pools, saunas, fitness centers, and in general – avoid excess sweating. You can come back to these activities after 72 hours have passed.
• Always stay hydrated – drink water.
• Do not use any skin products with active ingredients for the first 2-3 days after a treatment. Those normally includes exfoliants, retinols, and vitamin C. Don’t use glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs).
• You can use cleansers, toners, or scrubs 2 - 3 days after microneedling treatment, but make sure that the ingredients won’t worsen side effects.
