Fitness enthusiasts, Joa Derri & 'Mama Angie' started this fun movement to encourage friends, family and strangers to get excited again about working out during the 2020 pandemic. Fast forward 4 years later, & we are still going strong and expanding our movement into a family-oriented fitness business. A 15 to 25 minute consultation must be booked before individual or group services to gauge your fitness level and to sign proper documentation prior to our session.
Please expect an email following your booking and a Zoom call for the day your consultation is scheduled.
Once consultation is complete, a link will be emailed to book your workout session. All workouts are currently virtual and will be scheduled on Zoom. Login details will be sent after donation-based payment for your specific appt.
