My approach to complementary therapies aim to assist restore balance, promote relaxation, and support's the body's natural healing abilities by "listening" with my hands using a blend of knowledge, skills and intuition. I offer a range of techniques and exercise advice on my sessions (upon request) both on-site and Home visits including individuals with mobility impairments and neurological conditions. Contrary to popular belief, massage and tension relief should not be painful. I will work within your confort zone and not push your body to the point of discomfort.
