Training in holistic massage allows us to find and reconnect with being through our body mind connection through relaxation, rejuvenation and repair. I'm exploring an integration of massage with spirituality, energy flow and self-actualisation to bring light to a path which pursues more tranquil states of being. Promoting happiness, health and a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

I am a trainee masseuse looking for clients to treat in order to complete my diploma in holistic massage therapy. I studied drama at university of Exeter which has given me a wonderful understanding into the philosophy of the body, human expression and emotional maturity. During COVID i took my first steps on the spiritual path and have been on a journey for around 3 years now. I have been blown away by the body-mind connection and wish to integrate what i have learned into my massage therapy. (spiritual treatments are optional) My interests: - I love meeting new people and fostering meaningful connections - I love Scuba diving, free diving, swimming - I love helping people
