Calm with Coral was set up with the intention of making yoga classes more accessible to beginners. After getting my yoga qualification, I reflected on my own journey with yoga. I remembered how nervous I was to go to my first yoga class, how out of place I felt by not knowing the names of most postures, and not being flexible. I knew when I set up Calm with Coral that I wanted to have accessibility at the heart of everything we do. We offer Vinyasa yoga classes suitable to people of all levels, including complete beginners.
