We started the Cleaning and Vacation Rental business 11 years ago with a vision of offering the best Airbnb Management and cleaning services both combined. The company has been built around the needs of our customers and understanding how we can help them to make a difference in their lives. First and foremost, we make sure we hire the best and most experienced cleaners who enjoy their job. I personally screen and interview all cleaners applying for a job with us. All cleaners have to pass our internal skills test. New cleaners initially work alongside one of our supervisors. What do we do? We offer Full Vacation Rental Management and professional cleaning services including domestic and commercial cleaning to customers in Denmark. We specialize in residential, Airbnb, and office cleaning. Service we provided!• Weekly, by weekly or one-time cleaning • End of tenancy cleaning • Deep cleaning• Move Out/in Cleaning • Airbnb Cleaning, with optional full management in 20 Booking sites, photo and video production after the cleaning to make it stand out from other airbnbs.• Real state Cleaning with optional photo, video production, and 3D virtual tours for your listing including drone footage all this for an additional 10 extra hours at the same rate as our cleaning price + happy helpers fee ( we have a commercial drone license)We will be very glad to come clean for you, please see our prices based on your property size, this is including moms and it is also håndværkerfradrag applicable Please note that sometimes we will send 2 cleaners To clean your home, this will not have any extra cost to you, it will only reduce the time for us to be in your home, for example, if you hire us for a 5hr job, with 2 cleaners it will only take 2.5 hrs but you will still pay us for the 5hr you hire us for, any extra hours are calculated x2 For 2 cleaners or 1 hour for 1 cleaner, also the price depends on the size of your home and any of the cleaning needs.What's included in a based cleaning Floors Vacuum cleaning and mopping of all floors – as well as vacuum cleaning of panels and furniture. Horizontal surfaces Dusting of all horizontal and accessible surfaces: tables, windowsills, shelves, cabinets, chest of drawers Bathroom and toilets Cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, outside of bathroom furniture and mirrors Kitchen Cleaning of kitchens: the sink, faucet, outside of the cabinets and drawers, extraction hood, and cooker. (Inside Oven or inside fridge not included) but it can be done for an extra cost.Availability We are available weekdays 8:00 to 16:00 and evenings plus weekends after the agreement. Optional add-on services Some things don’t need to be cleaned often and for these, we offer optional add-on services that you can arrange when you need it. Extra hours Extra hours cost 325 kr. per hour. Deep Cleaning For the end of tenancy, hand over the keys, Move out or move-in, the price depends on your property size and your cleaning needs, the starting hours and the price 5hrs for 1 person cleaning any additional time can be agreed upon, If you need Inside oven cleaning and Inside fridge cleaning the cost is 3 hours extra, if you rather clean the oven and the fridge yourself is also Ok with us you can save money this way..If you need for us to bring a vacuum, mop, and all cleaning supplies, please let us know within 48 hours...IMPORTANT NOTE: as soon as you make a booking with us, please let us know if it is a: Regular cleaning Deep cleaning Or Move out cleaning, because for move-out cleanings we need to check our availability For any other inquiries or questions please Contact us!!
