Stage 1 Training

Stage 1 training introduces you to the fundamentals as an Airport Staff. This stage covers the role of Self Check-in Attendant, Manual Check-in Agent, Lounge Attendant, and Gate Agent.

Qualification Exam

Upon completion of Stage 2, you will sit a closed-book Qualification Exam under supervised conditions. The exam is out of 60 marks and the time limit is 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will need a minimum of 70% (42/60) to achieve a pass. There are 2 sect
