Please make a booking corresponding to how many items you would like to sell. Please do not make a booking for a timeslot with less items than you are planning to sell. This creates a lot of stress for us and also causes issues for those with selling appointments afterwards. If you do this and we don't finish pricing your items before the next seller arrives, unfortunately your items will be moved to the back of the queue, or we cannot finish pricing your items on the same day.If you have over 30 items, unfortunately we cannot assess and price them on the same day. We will only be able to choose which items we would like to sell, and you will receive an email with the prices within 7 days after that. You will need to select the "Drop off" appointment.Please note these booking times are an estimation and may vary depending on how busy we are that day. It could either take a shorter amount of time or longer. Please take this into account in your planning.What happens at the selling or drop off appointmentYou will drop your items off and we will then assess them. During this time you are welcome to browse the store or you can grab a coffee or run some errands. It's preferable that you do not hover or wait around in front of us while we assess your items as it can be distracting. We will then contact you to let you know when we've finished assessing your items. You can then come back to the store to sign the agreement form. If you have 30 items or less, you'll be able to get the prices for your items when you come back. If you have more than 30 items, you'll get the prices for your items in an email up to 7 days after you dropped them off.Prepare your items for the selling appointment• Please launder your items as we don't accept items with stains, dirt or smells (though we sometimes make exceptions if an item is particularly special)• We don't accept fake designer or fake brand items• Please come to your appointment on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late and the next seller arrives while we are still assessing your items, unfortunately your items will be moved to the back of the queue.Things to keep in mind for the appointment• We may change our minds and decide not to accept an item even if we said that we were interested in it earlier. It's difficult to assess an item just from looking at a photo, so please accept that we might change our minds after assessing it.• Our decision not to accept certain items and our prices are final and cannot be negotiated. What we choose to accept and how we price it is based on data and patterns from previous sales, the demographics of the area and the store's visitors. Most of our customers are happy with our pricing, however you are not obligated to sell your items with us if you're dissatisfied with the price.• You are welcome to ask why we did not accept a certain item, but we are not obligated to give you a reason. We've found that it can be counter productive to have discussions over whether an item should be accepted or not, especially because our decisions are final.• We do not accept disrespectful behaviour. If you behave rudely or disparagingly to our buyers, you may be asked to leave the store and/or blacklisted from selling/trading/consigning to our store again. We have a long waiting list of people who would like to sell to the store and we do not tolerate disrespectful behaviour.Nossa equipe
