Based in Tameside, Hevz fitness is your home for weight training, fitness classes and a base for women to feel more confident and empowered. Hevz will teach you form, technique and exercises to help improve your strength, stamina and confidence in lifting weights. If weight training isn't for you, Hevz also teaches fitness classes which will help build stamina, endurance, and body weight exercises which will see your body become more toned. Hevz is qualified in Pre and Post Natal fitness, and can offer advice for mums or mums to be in regards to fitness and eating.Nossa equipe
