Will not be held responsible for any health issues or claims arising after a visit to our salon. We reserve the right to privacy of ourselves & our clients.· Online appointments only. Be sure of what treatment you want and with the therapist you want beforehand to avoid errors.· We are only available for salon clients via WhatsApp for *urgent* queries and for cancelations that are required.· We do not have signage and do not broadcast the address for safety reasons. We will send the details on your confirmation. An appointment is only confirmed if you receive a sms· Please wait in your vehicle or until your appointment time as we may be finishing with other clients.· Do not hoot incessantly. Parking is on *your* extreme left· If you feel unwell, please stay home. If you have come into contact with Covid + people, you need to be in isolation· If you don't show up or you cancel with less than 90min notice, you are liable for payment· NO Mask NO Entry. If Staff is not wearing masks, insist on it. Masks must be worn at all times except when facing downwards during a massage or facial or face & back waxing · ALL TREATMENTS require that you bring your own towels. This is NON NEGOTIABLE as per COVID-19 PROTOCOL2 x Bath towels for Massage2 x hand towels for Mani or Pedi1 x bath towel and 2 x hand towels for Facials· Only clients with appointments will be allowed into the SALON.
