Hi guys! My name is Monique, I have listed policies below to what is necessary to know before booking! I am a complete perfectionist and I aim to provide the best service. Please read below carefully so we can make your experience the best yet! IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY AVAILABILITY, THAT MEANS I AM FULLY BOOKED! Deposits -You are required a $20 deposit fee before booking. -Deposits go towards the remainder of your service. -Deposits are also NON-REFUNDABLE! -Please take note that if you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, you will no longer be able to book. Please be mindful of time due to other scheduled appointments. How do I prepare for my appointment with Monique? -Please arrive with freshly washed product free hair. - Please do not arrive to your appointment with your braids still in from the previous service. The time this will take is not added into your service time, failure to follow will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will not be transferred. No exceptions. -Absolutely NO oils or heavy product. (Interferes with my product)! -Please arrive with your hair properly blown out straight or straightened upon requirements for your desired service. -Hair must be at least 4'' of hair all over! Please do not book with 1 inch of hair! If you want further details on if it's able to be braided, don't hesitate to reach out to me as soon as you book. Contact is 407-666-7690 -If you select the option for me to blow dry, please arrive with manageable hair, not hair that is half way matted after being washed and left without combing. Policy -No extra guest as space is limited. -When booking, please provide a valid name, phone number, and email address for contact purposes. -I do not service children, Age 7 and up only! No exceptions. -Please do not call. Please do not call me on Instagram video. Text is always convenient and more efficient! -If you need further instructions on where I'm located, please reach out to me in advance before your appointment. Location will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Late Fee/ Before & After hour Fees -$10 fee will be added after 10 mins late no exceptions! - After 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled. You’d have to book again and your deposit will not be transferred. -Please reach out before hand for the exact location if needed. Cancellations/Rescheduling -Deposits are not returned for rescheduling. It will be transferred to your next appointment. -You MUST give notice to rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment! If not, you will have to book and pay deposit again. The deposit will not be returned. -If you are a no call/no show, you will be blocked from booking. Where can I Find Braiding Hair? -If you aren't sure where to find a beauty supply store, I will list 2 locations within proximity of the location. -Location 1: 1409 Main St, Kissimmee, FL 34744 -Location 2: 1700 N. Main St, Kissimmee, FL 34744 -The only hair I use is PRE-STRETCHED. I will not use any other hair besides that. 2 Bundles of braiding hair come in a pack of 1 or 3 bundles in 1 pack. -Please purchase hair the day before your appointment to ensure everything is found. -Braiding hair usually ranges from $4 to $5. Payment -Deposit is accepted through Paypal & Zelle(407-666-7690) -Remainder balance must be paid In CASH ONLY. Located -Location will be given to you 24 hours before appointment!
