After years of struggling with left over baby fat Ive come across the holy grail to shaping the body (with minimal to no effort)! Upon receiving my certifications I practiced a lot and overtime can see the benefits and drastic changes to my body. I now have tighter/smoother skin, less noticeable cellulite, and a reduction in that stubborn mom pouch I had. I also work out to get optimized results but not much effort is needed (walking😉). Just eat clean, drink water, maintain weekly or monthly procedures and you too will reap the benefits. Lymphatic drainage treatments have helped me feel better post work out and I have more energy during the day. I strive on delivering client education at every appointment and thru weekly informational emails that will help you maintain a sculpted look t home. I service all genders, even men!
