This is a writing session with a provided, guided writing prompt. Some prompts are pre-thought but some can be customized in the moment. However, all writing prompts are intuitively guided and given to aid in the healing your trauma, mental and emotional growth, maturing, soul nurturing, and/or for the recharging of your soul.
