Welcome! My name is Thea. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Arvigo Practitioner, and Natural Health Detective. I help my clients to identify core issues around health through a combination of hands-on work, self-care education, and spiritual transformation. I have been fortunate to receive knowledge from leaders in in the field of natural healing, including my time at the Boulder College of Massage, my studies in Belize with Rosita Arvigo (traditional Maya abdominal massage therapy), and my ongoing apprenticeship with Heather Bruce (naturopath and acupuncture teacher). In terms of hands-on work, I employ a variety of techniques, including craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, moxa, and dry cupping. These are traditional techniques which can bring relief and facilitate healing. If a plant is not thriving, a good gardener will ask some basic questions: Is the soil right? Is it getting enough water and sunlight? Is it getting the right nutrients? We should ask these same questions about ourselves before jumping to drugs and/or surgery. I offer information on common nutrient deficiencies, as well where to obtain high-quality products to address those deficiencies. I offer Quantum Healing sessions where we transcend the traumas or limitations of the past to gain greater expansion of consciousness and emotional freedom. In these sessions, we journey together to explore and resolve old timelines. Think of it as rewriting your past so that you are free to live your best future.
