Welcome!My name is Miran Yoon (pronounced MEED on) and I specialize in trauma release, vibe curation, and Inner Self discovery. I use intuitive guidance, ancient wisdom, and cutting edge scientific knowledge to help people learn to listen to their own heart, body, and Inner Self, using the breath and voice as main pathways for transformation. Personally, I'm often described as gentle, kind, nurturing, childlike, and playful... but I'm also described as strong, deep, brilliant, straight-forward, and wise. I take a holistic approach with my extensive and rich background in the following healing arts to help people feel more grounded, calm, peaceful, joy, connected, and whole:~ biodynamic breathwork (bbtri),~ MER bodywork,~ music, singing, chanting (ragas, draped, bhakti),~ somatic voice therapy (BAST, psychoacoustics, vibroacoustics),~ Taoist-Buddhist tantra,~ Yoga (Dharma Yoga Center NYC) ,~ Osho meditations,~ NVC (Non-Violent Communication),~ reiki,~ Amazonian Shamanism,~ ecstatic dance,~ shadow work/inner child work,~ whole sign Hellenistic astrology, and~ clinical trauma specialty nursing as a Registered Nurse.We are not broken, so there's nothing for me to fix. But most often, people need to be guided on how to tune into themselves from a higher vibrational frequency, when the habit is usually to throw resistance in their way. Because resistance can be thought of as the root of dis-ease, under my guidance, my clients heal themselves. As your facilitator, mentor, and friend, I'm passionately committed to supporting your individual growth or healing with integrity and divine presence.
