Online Ayurvedic consultations by a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor.Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Ayurveda considers each person to have a unique constitution, made up of the elements of air, water, fire, and earth, and customizes treatment and dietary plans based on this individual's unique needs. Treatments can include herbal remedies, massage, meditation, and changes to diet and lifestyle. Ayurveda is considered a holistic approach to health and wellness, as it emphasizes the interconnectedness of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life and the importance of maintaining balance in all areas.
