You can book either 30 minutes or 60 minutes depending on how much assistance that you feel would give you the best outcome.
Some of our clients have never worn hearing aids before and some have worn them for years. A new user should book a one hour appointment so that we have plenty of time to explain all aspects of your hearing issues and how to use the hearing aids to get the best benefit from them.
A client that has worn hearing aids for a long period of time can book a 30 minute appointment to go over all of the features of your new hearing aids and we will help you to program them to provide you with the best possible hearing.
