A follow on from our Barista Fundamentals course, this course is ideal for those with at least 6 months coffee making experience and covers the following topics; Coffee processing and roasting methods | Intro to cupping & basic sensory skills | Understanding grinding, machine maintenance and troubleshooting | Varying extraction and changing recipes | The science of milk and advanced latte art

A 1.5 hour class where you'll master the wonderful world of latte art! Prior coffee making experience is a must as you'll need to be able to confidently make a flat white from the get go. The class will focus on pouring hearts, rosettas, tulips and swans.

Consultations aren't compulsory to start training with Trek & Climb Fitness but they can help find out more information about your fitness goals.

This is a 30-45 min video call for current clients to catch up with myself, talk about how you are getting on with your training and if you have any struggles or issues to discuss. Booking slots are 1 hour but will the calls will only need to 30-45mins maximum. These can be booked every month. Calls will be done over Google Meets and when you book in for your call, I will then set up and send out a Google Meets invitation.
