Bij Body Invest ben je welkom voor personal training met E-Fit, voedingsadvies om te vermageren door een erkend diëtiste en sanacoach. De praktijk is gelegen in Roeselare.Tijdens een intakegesprek overlopen we enkele medische gegevens, lichaamsanalyse, jouw levensstijl, we bekijken wat jouw doel/wens is en bespreken een plan van aanpak.  Het gesprek duurt ongeveer anderhalf uur en kost 60 EUR. Hierop is een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van de mutualiteit mogelijk. Dit gesprek is nodig wanneer je voedingsadvies wil, wanneer je geen voedingsadvies wil, maar enkel interesse hebt in het sportgedeelte - dan selecteer je een intakegesprek voor sport. 

Heb je interesse in E-Fit, dan nodigen we je uit voor een intakegesprek met proefsessie E-Fit.Tijdens een intakegesprek overlopen we enkele medische gegevens, lichaamsanalyse, jouw levensstijl, we bekijken wat jouw doel/wens is, we bespreken een plan van aanpak en sluiten af met een proefsessie.  Het gesprek duurt ongeveer een uur en kost 35 EUR. Voor de proefsessie voorzie je een handdoek, sportieve schoenen en vers ondergoed. Een speciaal sporttenue die de impulsen doorlaat mag je van ons gebruiken.

Een opvolgconsult ter motivatie en ondersteuning met lichaamsanalyse.

The consultation is up to 90 minutes in length and is an opportunity for your practitioner to get to know about you and your health concerns. A comprehensive health questionnaire will be emailed to you prior to this appointment and will be discussed during your session. Your practitioner will also look at your health history, current diet,  lifestyle and discuss your goals.Treatment recommendations will be tailored to your lifestyle and health goals.
