A slow, grounding yin yoga class focused on deep release, relaxation, and calming the nervous system. Postures are held for longer periods, with variations of asanas offered to support all levels and bodies. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Beginner hatha yoga is a balanced practice that brings together opposing energies - the restorative, grounding qualities of the moon (yin) and the strengthening, energising qualities of the sun (yang). Classes move between gentle, calming postures and more active, strength-building asanas, creating a well-rounded and supportive practice. This class focuses on learning foundational poses, mindful breathing, and steady movement, with variations of asanas offered to suit all beginners. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Intermediate hatha yoga explores the balance of opposing energies - the grounding, restorative qualities of the moon (yin) and the strengthening, activating qualities of the sun (yang). Classes blend moments of stillness with more challenging, strength-focused asanas to create a dynamic and balanced practice. This class builds on foundational poses with deeper exploration, longer holds, and more mindful transitions, while still offering variations of asanas to support different bodies and abilities.
