Although we love cardio, we love strength the most. Our unique purpose built strength PODs give you everything you need for your strength workout. We have five available for booking 12 hours a day.Building a strong body is the best foundation you can give it for long term health and fitness, compliment this with cardio and you will 100% improve your lifestyle for the long term.Everyone receives an induction to use the strength equipment and we are always around should you have any questions.We are not a typical gym environment and all of our specially selected equipment is based on free weights, we are a friendly environment where everyone will feel inspired and comfortable.

It’s hard to believe pilates is almost 100 years old! With a focus on posture, core and balance pilates is the perfect way to test the boundaries of your inner strength.Using your bodyweight only and a few pieces of equipment we work to create a strong foundation for your body. Pilates is all about finding that inner power and using it to get strong and make everyday tasks easier.Our teaching style is gentle, motivational and encouraging. We start slow and we build, we want you to focus on you in our classes.

We are both avid cyclists with a passion to encourage others to enjoy this low impact, high cardio sport.Cardio fitness is important for heart health and spinning gives you a chance to push yourself in a safe and motivational environment. The low impact on the body makes it a great place to start to build fitness no matter your age or ability.Our dedicated spin room is atmospheric and fully mind and body interactive.

Inbound FFL Transfer service for a firearm that was purchased online from another seller/FFL dealer and is delivered to K3 Armory for transfer to yourself. Requires a background and criminal history check. The fee for Inbound FFL Transfers is $40 for Virginia residents and $50 for out-of-state residents. Additional weapons that are part of the same transfer have a reduced $10 FFL Transfer fee each. This fee is to be paid directly to K3 Armory before your appointment time - regardless of background check results.

Store Pickup/FFL Transfer for local customers for a firearm that was purchased directly from K3 Armory. We will notify you when your item is in-stock and ready for pickup at our location in Midlothian, VA. There is no fee for transfers/pickups on firearms purchased directly from K3 Armory.

Outbound Shipping/FFL Transfer for firearms that you bring to us to ship to another FFL Dealer on your behalf. The FFL license of the destination dealer must be provided to us prior to shipment. The fee for outbound FFL Transfers is $40 PLUS the actual cost of shipping, insurance and packaging materials (will vary based on items size/weight/destination). Additional weapons that are part of the same shipment have a reduced $10 fee each. We will notify you with the total once the items it packed and weighed. This fee is to be paid directly to K3 Armory before your outbound package will be shipped.
