By booking your session and making payment of the booking fee you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.  Please do not book your session if you are not in full agreement.  Terms and Conditions Meet and Greet sessions will run at 15 minute intervals and last for 10 minutes in total on the 7th November 2026 ONLY.   Please arrive at the studio at your allocated start time.  Please ensure children are dressed with clean faces ready to meet Father Christmas.  If you arrive late for your session we may not be able to accommodate you.  Your booking fee will not be refunded.  Only children from the same household will be able to attend a single session.   Extended family such as cousins will not be able to attend the same booking.  If you would like to bring along another family there will need to be two consecutive session spaces reserved. This will allow each family to have their own time with Father Christmas and both families together too.   The meet and greet is £12.99 for a single family.  This is the cost of your booking fee which is non refundable should you cancel.     The session fee is to meet Father Christmas and receive a little gift.  There is no photo included.  Packages and products available from £69 and full gallery of digital images is £179.  If booking more than one space the package pricing is for each individual session and cannot be carried over to combine two sessions.   Children should wear traditional Christmas clothing where possible to best fit the scene. Your images will be sent via online gallery within a week of your meet and greet appointment.  All orders must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the link to your gallery. After 7 days all un-purchased images will be deleted.  Alternatively you can pay for storage of your images priced at £49.
