Jumps: focus on improving technique, strength/flexibility, height and overall jump performance through drills, stretching and endurance repetition. Great for sideline and competitive cheerleaders. Fexibility: improve flexibility with stretches and drills focused on jumping OR flyer technique. $40/half hour $80/hour *Group rates available*
