Students will be taught high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques by our experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor in an environment that is safe, fun, and challenging.Our instructors are committed to helping parents mold their children into respectful and positive young adults. Parents are encouraged to stay during lessons to witness their kids becoming stronger and more confident with each passing class and to cheer them on every step of the way.

Students will be taught high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques by our experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor in an environment that is safe, fun, and challenging.Our instructors are committed to helping parents mold their children into respectful and positive young adults. Parents are encouraged to stay during lessons to witness their kids becoming stronger and more confident with each passing class and to cheer them on every step of the way.

Mon. & Wed. @ 6pm / Tues. & Thurs. @ 7pm Advance your Jiu-Jitsu game flow during this course. Take your training beyond the fundamentals and begin to hone the principles you need to succeed, such as discipline, respect, commitment, and leadership.

Kids Self Defence classes. Our classes for children have a dedicated “Young-Samurai kids” (or mon) jujutsu grading system and are designed for children aged 6 to 12 years.  In our children’s classes, students will learn respect, humility, confidence, coordination, self-discipline and focus.

Our Krav Maga group classes are provided most nights of the week and are structured to ensure that students of all skill levels and fitness are catered for. Classes cover a number of topics, including but not limited to, striking and counterattacks, dealing with armed and unarmed attacks, dangerous chokes and grabs as well as problems on the ground. When training women, we take into account a woman’s ability to improve and successfully defend, despite any misconceptions she may have about herself and her ability to fight and face physical challenges that require both strength and aggression.KMG‘s training methods for women are based on years of experience, as well as numerous real-life situations in which women found our system to be the most effective.Our Krav Maga for women system provides excellent self-defence skills, producing the highest rate of defence successes in facing and successfully repelling various types of attacks.In addition to the technical and tactical training we also help women develop the right mindset to support and enhance their physical readiness to fight. This includes working to develop determination, persistence, and aggression as tools for women to use whenever the situation requires it.

Movie stars like Bruce Lee helped popularize the martial art and now, it’s become a staple of American culture. With a thorough understanding of karate, students explore self-defense. They take control over their lives in every aspect. Karate teaches self-discipline and self-confidence just as much as it teaches strength, speed, agility and flexibility.
