Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation or Simply IASTM is a new range of tool which enables clinicians to efficiently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft tissue dysfunction. The technique itself is said to be a modern evolution from Traditional Chinese Medicine called Gua Sha. However, Gua Sha was not used to treat Musculoskeletal conditions but was traditionally applied along meridians to move the bad chi out through the skin.

Massage therapy: Do you go to bed and wake up with aches and pains? Are you stressed from work, or your personal life? Do you suffer from headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain or hip pain?  Let me help you. I have been a massage therapist for 19 years. I can feel when your muscles are tight, knotted, weakened, or are being inhibited (or stuck) by your fascia, and I am trained in how to bring your muscles back to their healthy resting length.  Together, we will loosen your muscles, unstick your fascia, remove your knots, and help weakened muscles gain traction again.  I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage, but no need to decide that now. When you arrive for your appointment, we will discuss what’s going on with you and design our time together to fit what you need.  60 or 90 minute massages available.  If you’re interested in which techniques I am trained in, a few of them are listed below: Swedish MassageTrigger Point TherapyMyofascial ReleaseDeep Tissue MassageOrthobionomy (positional release)Orthopedic MassagePNF Stretching  Client Testimonies: “I love how you know exactly where I hurt.” –KD  “I can’t believe how much working my pecs helped my neck.” –KT  “You are magic.” –BR “My hands and forearms feel so much better after you worked on them.” –ST Every session is tailored to your body and your body’s specific needs at the time of the service with a thorough consultation and agreed upon game plan for the session, so that you may relax knowing that your health and wellness goals are being addressed.

Reiki: Have you wondered about this powerful healing modality? Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or just feel “off”? Do you want to understand the way that energy moves through and around your body so that you can work with it in your daily life? I can help. Reiki is an ancient healing modality that moves the energy around your body, releasing blockages, promoting healthy energy, removing negative energy and replacing it with positive energy.  As a result, you will feel lighter, more energized and less anxious than ever before. Above and beyond that, you will begin to know yourself on a deeper level. This really is a session that you have to experience to describe.  I have been practicing Usui Reiki for 16 years and Sa Sakem Sahu Reiki for 4 years. I have also been an intuitive healer for the last four years, and I love introducing people to the power of energy healing. This is a one hour service. In-person and virtual sessions available.  Client Testimonies: “I love how you give practical steps that I can take at home to help my body and my spirit feel better.” –BM  “I never even thought about my spirit or soul much until I met you.” –MR “You know so much about the trauma I’ve lived through just by working on me, and it’s helped me through it.” –SL  “I feel so much lighter.” –EL “I don’t know how you know that about me, but I’m glad you do.” –BR “I love that you help me develop a relationship with my angels, and I’m getting much better at asking for their help and understanding when they’re near me because of you.” –MM “Thank you for explaining energy to me, and helping me work with the energy in and around my body. I didn’t know anything about that until I met you.” –BM
