INSTRUCTIONS: Telemedicine Consultation fee is N15,000 per child. Begin your booking process by completing our telehealth consent form online (see Relevant Links on Home Page), follow subsequent prompts to make payment and conclude your appointment booking.   Your appointment is confirmed only upon fulfilling all requirements. Endeavour to check your email frequently.  Remember to first check availability of your desired slot .NB: Your appointment gets automatically cancelled if any information supplied in the booking is unverifiable.
