For example if you are looking to detox, work on your food addictions, loose weight, help your family to eat more healthy, etc.. a strategy will be designed specifically for your needs. It usually takes few weeks or even a few months (depending on your goals) for your complete transformation. The next step will be to purchase a package of coaching sessions that you can use weekly or monthly. Aleksandra believes that coaching on a weekly basis is the fastest and easiest way for you to achieve your goals.
