MADFIT's small group classes are located in a studio garage gym on St Huberts Island. With all the equipment needed to help you reach your fitness goals and potential. The gym features both: cardio and weight machines, as well as free weights and bootcamp style equipment. Gyms can be scary and intimidating, we get that, that's why MADFIT classes are perfect to get you started on your fitness journey. In a non-threatening environment, you can use MADFIT as a stepping stone to get you feeling confident for the gym or use as a tool to smash and maintain your fitness and strength goals. With classes capped a 4-6 people per class, you will get the attention and guidance you need during your training.
