Based in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, Mind and Environment provides a range of Mental Health Services. We take pride in our commitment to offer a safe and nurturing environment for mental health counselling and our training courses. We believe its vital to keep conversations about mental health open and constructive to be able to spread awareness and reduce the stigma in businesses and our greater society.We have a highly trained team of therapists who specialise in a wide range of mental and emotional issues, including Stress Management, Anxiety and Depression care, Grief Counselling, Eating Disorders, Psychological Trauma and much more. Through our unique approach that incorporates mindfulness and nature, our clients can truly connect with themselves, their innermost feelings and the world around them.We also have qualified trainers who focus on increasing awareness in businesses by running training courses. Our training courses differ to most other official mental health training as they focus specifically on issues in the workplace that can arise and legislation around it.
