Gen Sylvester

Gen started her spiritual healing journey in the early 2000’s. She began by becoming certified as an Usui Reiki Master Teacher. Over the years, she had drawn on other forms of Intuitive, Crystal, Sound, and Energy Medicine to facilitate healing in all five elements of consciousness; pysical, emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual. Having two school aged children has made her more committed than ever to helping raise the vibration both on, and of the Earth herself. The movement of energy is so important to the body’s ability to holistically heal, and Gen loves to share the experience of this with her clients through her intuitively guided and individually curated healing sessions. Gen is excited to share the support and sense of community she has gained through her personal yoga practice with others and is currently enrolled in a 200-hr YTT program. Feeling uniquely drawn to restorative postures, and their enhanced ability to be used in conjunction with reiki, Gen completed a YA Certified Restorative Yoga Course. Gen hopes her practices and services will help people find their personal power and deepen their connection to their higher self, allowing for growth and healing through the continued practice of self-love.
