Welcome to Bek in Balance, your local Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) provider. Bek is also trained in Connective Tissue Release (CTR), Advanced Postural Energetics (PE), Women's Health (WH), and is a qualified KCR instructor. KCR is a protocol that was created by Scottish PT Hugh Gilbert, which is designed to get your body back into balance by correcting an apparent leg length difference, through gentle stretches and mobilisations. Everyone who is living in a physical body, from the very young to the aged can benefit from KCR. The KCR protocol quickly brings bodies back into balance, alleviating problems such as weak ankles, knee problems, hip and joint pain, pelvic discomforts, back, shoulder and neck pain, TMJ, and headaches.
