These sessions combine mindful breathwork with compassionate holding, creating a calm and non-judgmental space for you to soften, settle, and reconnect. Each 1:1 session is a gentle invitation into breath, presence, and inner restoration. To support accessibility and honour the rhythms of giving and receiving, I offer a sliding scale with three pricing tiers; Supported, Sustaining, and Rebalancing.
