I’m Jon Hart— a.k.a Pajama Strangler—and teaching Jiu Jitsu is my vocation; that which calls to me. I train, travel, compete, sleep on mats in cold gyms, buy privates, trudge through instructionals, and sometimes spend holidays alone in foreign counties— all to find real, competition tested answers to Jiu Jitsu’s endless questions; I feel I have learned some few.
