Hi, I’m Ziad Alrahbani, a passionate stretching and muscle wellness specialist based in Toronto. With over 10 years of experience in helping individuals improve their mobility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance their overall wellbeing, I offer personalized stretching sessions designed to cater to your unique needs.My journey began in Lebanon, where I developed a deep understanding of how muscle imbalances can impact daily life. Having worked closely with clients from various backgrounds, I’ve seen firsthand how targeted stretching can transform not just physical health, but overall quality of life. Before moving to Toronto, I gained valuable experience working in Qatar, where I had the opportunity to work with a multicultural client base similar to Toronto’s diverse demographic. During my time there, Qatar was at the heart of the global sports scene, hosting major events like the World Cup. I collaborated with upscale wellness facilities, supporting athletes and individuals alike to maintain peak physical condition through customized stretching and wellness sessions. Now, I’m excited to bring this knowledge to help people in Toronto move better and feel better every day.
