Visitation InformationPlease see our website https://sunnysidenursing.com/come-visit/ for complete guidelines. • To allow our residents time to heal and have some quiet time, our suggested visiting hours are 10am to 7pm, seven days a week including holidays.• Walk-in visits may be accommodated but may face delays depending on availability of visitation areas and the availability of the resident. (Example: The resident may be in rehab, having a meal or being treated by a nurse.)• Reservations are highly recommended to avoid long waiting times, interruption of resident treatment or for a preferred visitation area.• Reservations for visitation should be made at least 24 hours in advance.• The reservation system will ask for the resident’s unit and room number. If you do not know this information, please contact Sunnyside.• Visitations are for 45 minutes but may last longer as long as there are no other scheduled reservations for the same visitation space.• To maintain social distancing with other visitors and residents we ask that only 1 or 2 visitors at a time are in the visitation areas with their loved ones.• Reservations to visit a resident include 1 or 2 visitors. There is no need to reserve the same time(s) for each individual visitor. • Please check-in on iPad 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled time to maximize visitation.COVID-19 Warning An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place, including Sunnyside Nursing. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.By visiting Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
