Maggie is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP) and Acupuncturist (R. Ac) in Ontario. She got her Master degree in China and used to be a western medicine doctor. Dr. Catherine Newry

Dr. Catherine Newry is a registered Toronto-based Naturopathic Doctor, with a passion for helping people transform their bodies and their health through & improved nutrition, balanced hormones and stress management. Whether you are experiencing low energy, high levels of stress, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalances, Dr. Newry aims to help you assess the cause and create a plan of action that works for you. Her goal as a practitioner are to listen first and then to educate. By placing an emphasis on health education, she aims to help her patients learn how their bodies work and understand the steps they need to take to achieve their optimal health. Dr. Newry maintains a general practice and welcomes men and women of all ages. She also has a special interest in women’s health. Dr. Newry has a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she earned her degree in Naturopathy.

Dr. Golda Mais

Dr. Golda Mais holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (with Magna Cum Laude from CMCC, with Clinic Honours and recognition for excellence in the Department of Anatomy), and a Bachelor of Physical Education and Health (with honours) from the University of Toronto. She is also certified in Clinical Acupuncture, and has recently added Modern CuppingTherapy to her skill set.Dr. Mais is a huge advocate of physical activity, and is often found in the gym or engaging in various recreational team sports. She utilizes a primarily biomechanical approach to assessment and treatment, and seeks to empower her patients to understand their own body and to recognize how they experience the world through it. Her treatments are designed to promote fluidity of movementand to optimize joint position and function, but the onus is on you to connect with your body and your environment.

Dr. Victoria Sharko

Originally from Ontario, Dr. Victoria Sharko spent 5 years out East receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology and working at a retirement living facility before returning to Toronto. Dr. Sharko now holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Treatments with Dr. Sharko may include a combination of soft tissue therapy, clinical acupuncture, modern cupping therapy, laser therapy, joint manipulations and mobilizations, and activator technique. Her approach encompasses a total body view of health from physical to mental well-being with the goal of helping her patients understand their body and the conditions they present with. Dr. Sharko has a special interest in yoga and inferno hot pilates and can be found frequently enjoying classes as she works through her pilates teacher training. In her spare time, she also partakes in bouldering, hiking, and four-wheeling. When she is not being active, she can be found enjoying a multitude of different novels and spending time with her cat “Ace”.

Mhardhee aka. Dee Gatus is a graduate from Everest College in 2010 and she has since gained experience in Pre- & Postnatal massage, Infant massage, MVA treatments (Motor Vehicle Accidents), Sports injuries, Repetitive Movement Syndromes & injuries, as well as Postural focus therapy. Dee has an intriguing interest in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage as well as Myofascial Stretching, MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), Joint Mobilization, Remedial Exercise and Infant and Pregnancy Massage.Dee was introduced to, and intrigued by massage therapy because of her past injuries. She is fascinated by the human body and its capabilities and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. She is passionate about teamwork as an essential ingredient in achieving your optimal health and wellness long-term results. For this reason, Dee actively works with her client’s other Health Care Providers throughout the treatment planning process.
