Please refer to this link for further information: https://www.rcog.org.uk/en/news/updated-advice-on-covid-19-vaccination-in-pregnancy-and-women-who-are-breastfeeding/You have had a vaccination in the 7 days prior (for example influenza, Hepatitis B etc.You are suffering from an acute or febrile illness (minor illnesses no reason to delay)Have a history of immediate-onset anaphylaxis to this vaccine, multiple classes of drugs or unexplained anaphylaxis-You should speak to your GP to see if the Astra Zeneca vaccine may be suitable once available.You have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had your first positive COVID-19 PCR test in the last 28 days (booking for after 28 days is is fine)You have been a participant in a trial of a potential COVID Vaccine-contact trial advisor for adviceIf you have a bleeding disorder or are currently taking anti coagulation medication (Warfarin, low molecular heparin injections and DOACS such as rivaroxaban, apixaban and dabigatran), please still book your appointment, but please ring 01204 487551 and your details will be taken so that a medical advisor can contact you as this may affect how the injection is given.
