Nous sommes un studio de yoga à Sousse, installé plus exactement à l'hôtel Seabel Alhambra Golf&SPA, Kantaoui. Nous proposons des cours de yoga et de pilates dans un cadre idyllique et une ambiance zen et détendue. Nos instructeurs sont formés en Hatha, iyengar et différents styles de pilates (mat, ball...).

Zain Syed is a California based yoga teacher and a celebrated practitioner in the online yoga community. His fun and short demo videos on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube have inspired many around the world to explore creative and playful ways into the practice of asanas. With many years of training and influence from senior Iyengar Yoga teachers, he enjoys the detail-oriented approach to help students cultivate strength and stability. Zain credits much of his inspiration in practice and teaching skills to his mentor and friend, Carrie Owerko.
