Relaxing Sound Therapy Session(Relaxing Therapy with blanching seven chakras )  This deeply relaxing therapy works in harmony with brainwave patterns, calming the mind and offering luxurious rest to the inner body. It is suitable for all ages. During the session, we will gently place two singing bowls on the body—one at the sacral chakra and another at the heart chakra—to help balance the body’s energy centers. The therapeutic vibrations massage the body from within through deep resonance. We use a set of 14 high-grade Himalayan singing bowls along with a Tingsha bell. These bowls produce a wide range of frequencies, from high to low pitch, creating a multi-layered soundscape that supports deep relaxation and inner harmony. For children under 10 and pregnant women, we do not place the bowls directly on the body. Instead, we play them at a very gentle, low intensity to ensure safety while still providing a calming and nurturing experience.

Small Group Sound Healing Session Experience one of Mantra’s most refined and intimate sound healing sessions, thoughtfully designed for small groups of 2 to 6 participants.
