In this format, we will meet over FaceTime, zoom, or Google duo, for the purposes of learning a single movement, sequence, or concept. This format will allow for dialogue, specific corrections (i.e. angle your hip more, etc.), and real time correction of specific sparring or drilling. You should be in whatever uniform is appropriate for the lesson, on mats that you would be willing to lightly spar on, and with a partner who has a basic understanding of the major positions of Jiu Jitsu. 

In this service, I will break down footage of you in a single competition (or gym sparring) match. You will receive (within one week of confirmation that I have received the footage) a text document by email with a detailed, timestamped list of every mistake I feel you made along with a a list of options (sometimes just one option) to correct it— and links to any available free content I feel could help you correct it. Usually, I find between 20-40 mistakes per match. I currently* limit the time duration of the match footage you submit to your IBJJF match time duration by belt level and age division. *And yes, I realize this means that higher belts in adult divisions are getting a slightly better deal for their money. This will be remedied in the future.

The Gradely Estate Visitor Experience commences each morning at 9.30am, and can accommodate a mixed group of up to 15 guests. After a welcome drink, your knowledgable guide will lead the group through the plantation, providing the full Gradely Estate Cinnamon Experience. The tour concludes at our hilltop ambalama, where cinnamon tea is served and a cinnamon peeling demonstration is held.

The Gradely Estate Exclusive Visitor Experience commences at 12:30pm. Designed for a single party of up to 6 guests (minimum 2), this tour allows for a more intimate, in depth Cinnamon Experience. Led by our experienced guide, the visitors will be taken through the Estate to the hilltop ambalama for a peeling demonstration, and a choice of cinnamon teas. Visitors may enjoy the sunset and views over the surrounding countryside before finishing their Experience.
