Dieses Training ist ein Schnupperkurs, perfekt für alle, die Pole Dance einmal ausprobieren möchten, ohne Vorkenntnisse mitbringen zu müssen. Für deine erste Pole‑Stunde brauchst du nicht viel – aber das Richtige:• Kurze Sporthose Damit deine Haut an der Stange greifen kann.• T‑Shirt oder Sport‑Top Bequem, nichts Besonderes nötig.• Bitte nicht eincremen Cremes, Öle oder Bodylotion machen die Haut rutschig – du würdest an der Pole abrutschen.• Wasserflasche Mehr brauchst du eigentlich nicht.

Hier lernst du die wichtigsten Grund‑Spins und wie du sie flüssig miteinander verbindest. Du entwickelst ein Gefühl für Schwung, Kontrolle und schöne Linien und kannst am Ende der Stunde deine ersten kleinen Spin‑Kombinationen tanzen.

Fließende Kombinationen für deinen tänzerischen Ausdruck. In Level 1 lernst du einfache, harmonische Übergänge und kleine Flow‑Sequenzen, die dir helfen, Technik und Tanz miteinander zu verbinden. Die Bewegungen sind bewusst leicht gehalten, damit du Sicherheit an der Pole gewinnst und gleichzeitig deinen eigenen Stil entwickeln kannst. Mit klaren Anleitungen, viel Wiederholung und einem ruhigen Tempo baust du eine stabile Basis auf, aus der später komplexere Tricks und längere Kombos entstehen können. Schritt für Schritt entsteht so ein natürlicher, fließender Ausdruck, der sich gut anfühlt und Spaß macht. Ich erstelle jede Stunde neue Combos, damit du dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln kannst. Du kannst diese Session so oft buchen, wie du möchtest – es gibt immer frische Abläufe und neue Impulse.
